Think you have what it takes to survive as an 1800s pioneer?  Test your skills at the Gibbs Farm site where campers will compete in 19th century farm chores, household tasks, and one room-schoolhouse exercises.  Campers will get an in depth look at early pioneer life in Minnesota while learning about the original farmhouse, farm animals, partaking in competitive butter churning, making ice cream, dipping full-sized candles, and more!

Campers bring a lunch each day.  An open house for family takes place on Thursday at 2:30 and includes a performance from the campers, a chance to walk around the site, and a sweet treat!
